Ng Yan Jin is a certified physiotherapist who graduated from Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) in 2019. She has gained experience in various clinical settings, including Hospital Kuala Lumpur (HKL), University of Malaya Medical Centre (PPUM), the National Heart Institute (IJN), hospital Ampang, as well as nursing homes and private physiotherapy centers in Penang and Johor. She has a particular interest in musculoskeletal and geriatric conditions and strongly believes that an accurate diagnosis is crucial in prescribing an effective treatment plan for her clients. Her treatments often include hands-on therapies such as joint mobilization, myofascial release (MFR), therapeutic exercises with close monitoring, postural correction, and patient education. Ng Yan Jin is dedicated to listening to her clients' needs and helping them achieve their goals. Her journey into physiotherapy was inspired by her mother, who suffered from chronic low back pain. Chia is graduated with Bachelor degree in Physiotherapy (Hons) from UTAR. She has been exposed to different physiotherapy environments such as Kuala Lumpur Hospital, Putrajaya Hospital, PPUM and Institute Jantng Negara. Also, she has been working in Royal Melbourne Hospital, Australia from 2023-2024. Chia has great interests in musculoskeletal and neurological cases and is working her way to become a more skilful physiotherapist. She specialises in manual therapy and believes that physiotherapy allows all individuals the opportunity to continue living life to the fullest extent with reduced/no pain. Chia’s caring and friendly personality, and her great connection with patients make them feel warm and welcomed.
